Seranova New Day Housing Program
Stable housing creates
room to build.
Seranova New Day is a housing stability and opportunity program. Seranova provides wraparound services while specializing in housing — connecting adults with available housing opportunities and the full circle of support around them: community resources, supportive programming and pathways toward greater stability.
Who New Day is for
- Adults currently experiencing homelessness
- Adults facing imminent housing instability
- Adults facing severe housing affordability challenges
- Adults recently displaced
- Adults in unstable or overcrowded living situations
The initial residential program may focus primarily on adults who are employed, entering employment, actively seeking employment, participating in workforce development or preparing to enter employment. Availability varies.
