Resource listings describe other organizations. Seranova does not control their services, eligibility requirements, availability or accuracy of their information.

Program participation is subject to the applicable program documents provided at the time of enrollment.

Application, waitlist placement, eligibility review, program selection, housing placement, residential or occupancy documentation, supportive services and resource connections are distinct steps. Progress at one step does not create a right to another.

Program participation and housing arrangements are subject to applicable law and the applicable program and occupancy documents.

Any housing arrangement is described in separate written documents provided before occupancy. Nothing on this website creates a lease, tenancy, occupancy right or promise of placement.

Seranova maintains separate state-specific documentation for Missouri and Kansas where applicable.

Submitting an application places a person on the Seranova New Day waitlist for review. Submission does not guarantee housing, program acceptance, placement or availability.

By providing contact information, an applicant consents to being contacted by Seranova about their application, program opportunities and resource connections using the contact methods provided.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by notifying Seranova.

Seranova makes referrals to partner organizations only with a person's consent. A referral may include the information necessary for the receiving organization to determine fit.

A person may decline any referral without affecting their application.

Application information is stored securely and access is limited to authorized Seranova administrators.
