New Day is Seranova Foundation’s independent living program — a safe, shared home where you rebuild stability at your own pace, with wraparound services and a community that respects your autonomy.
This application starts the intake and screening process. It takes most people about ten minutes. Our team reviews every application individually and follows up with next steps.
Administrative processing fee
$50
One-time and non-refundable. It covers background screening costs.
Conditional program deposit
$200
Fully refunded within seven business days if you are not accepted.
What this form does not collect
This online form never asks for your Social Security number and never collects payment. The New Day team collects those later, securely, after they contact you — the $250 total is arranged directly with staff, not on this website.
